Goals:

1. 1.253 Elite’s primary goal is to compete at the National level and provide maximum exposure for all the athletes.
   

2. 2.To continue to develop athletes in both proper techniques and focus on all philosophical values including; self-esteem, leadership, teamwork and sportsmanship.
   

3. 3.To strive to continually have team improvement throughout the season with positive coaching and team building efforts.
   

4. 4.To focus on training and team communication on and off the court.

Philosophy:

253 Elite is committed to helping players develop so that they can compete at the National level and receive exposure, as well as have the opportunity to play at the next level, whether it be division 1, community college, or any level in between.

Location:

253 Elite will be practicing in the greater Tacoma area.
